step 1 of 15
Open Source image in PS.
Double Click on Layer image to convert it to Layer from Background.
step 2 of 15
Select Eraser tool & Erase non needed area of image.
step 3 of 15
Your image should be look like this.
Use Marquee tool for more sharp erase area of image.

Use stamp tool to remove Metal Handle.
step 5 of 15
Go to Layers Panel.
Press Hold Ctrl & Click on Image of Layer to select it.
Go to selection & make Inverse selection of it.

Press Shift + F6 for Feather selection.
Press Del for 2 to 4 times as you want.

Go to Layer Panel, Select Layer.
Press Ctrl + J to make duplicate layer of it.
Create 4 Duplicate Layers.

Press Ctrl + T for Transform.
Make it Look Like in Image one by one.

Create New Group in Layer Panel.
Select All 4 Layers & Put it in to New Group.
So we can give effects on it.

Now, Select Group & Press Ctrl + J for duplicate group.
Make much copy as you need & Transform it all.

Create New Blank Layer in bottom of all layer.
It will be our Background for Image.

Select Gradient tool.
Create Background as you want.

Make Gradient Redial as i do in image.
step 14 of 15
Select one of the group & Give Drop Shadow to it.
Adjust it as it looks good.

Right Click on Group.
Copy Layer Style.
Past it on all other groups.
Done.
