In Contest:
let there be light
step 1 of 14
Open 3ds Max.
Create Line as on Image to create Bulb Glass.
step 2 of 14
Give Lathe Modifier to bulb glass to make it round.
Select Min from Property & 42 Segments.

Hide Bulb,
Create New Line for inner Glass.
step 4 of 14
Process with Lathe on it.
Scale it from 1 side to make it look nice as in real bulb.

Create Lines & Make copy,
Place it with inner glass.

Create Helix for Hot Wire.
Make Turn's value high to make it in round round shape.
Convert it in to spline...

Create New line with round top to be handled as hot wire.
Adjust Helix's vertex & Aline it.

Create New Line to make Bottom Object of Bulb.
Use Lathe as same on bulb.

Take Cylinder & place it as on image.

Our Bulb is ready.
Now we have to create other things to place our bulb.

I used box for wooden flooring..

A Big box for Wall near wood..
step 13 of 14
Give Normal Modifier to Big Box to flip Polygons inside.
Make material & apply.
Give self illumination to hot wire so it looks like it's still hot.
Adjust Lightning.

Use 2 or more camera angle to render.
Render it till you got nice look..
Finish.
Final result
