Take front & side photo of your face.

Marge it in photoshop.

It will be our background in 3ds max as a reference.

Open 3ds Max.

Press Alt + B in front side view to set background image.

Do as it is in left view.

Create new Plan with 1 X 1 seg.

Adjust it in Front & Left as in image.

Convert Plan to poly.

Select Edge and start modeling.

Use Shift key to extrude edge.

Extrude & Adjust with your reference view.

Lips Extrude.

Select Poly & go to Create option in Edit Poly.

Create Eye from it.

Weld eye with nose vertex.

when you finish half of your face, give MeshSmooth & Symmetry modifiers.

Now i have merged my old workers file in to scene.

Adjust them with the face as they building it.

use boxes to create stand.

Create More & More Boxes.

Adjust with the scene as you wish.

Create Environment & Lights.

Now use perfect angle to put camera in scene.
