The umbrella is a sphere shortened hemisphere size with edits to edges and vertices. There are chamfered cylinders and a spline to complete model.

the B/G image used as viewport background, environment background. the ground plane set by pressing alt key and middle mouse button to bring it inline with the image I am matching. A plane was inserted with a matte/shadow/reflection material...the camera match map is same as environment map. This plane receives shadows and reflections while not being visible in the render. A sky light and a MR Omni light used to light scene.
