Cut out the dragon. (I used the lasso tool with my tablet)

The dragon is invisible on another layer. Cut out the sky of the city picture.
Use the free transformation mode on the picture to deform it.

Use the brightness and contrast correction to obfuscate the city and add the sky to a layer behind the city.

Now make the dragon visible and use the magic wand tool on the wave picture to cut it out

The next step is to brightness and contrast correction to obfuscate the dragon and the wave, cut out a copy of the boat and put it on the front layer. Move the dragon and the wave behind the boat than make some wonderful eyes ;) (I used the Brush)

Now its time to add some lighting by using the brush in the light mode on the dragon and the city.

Add some shadows (brush) and clean the picture up.
