Save as GIF for web. In Photoshop CS4 I loaded images as stack (under scripts) used animation window to set up and save.

Author: tip for next time: you could have saved yourself a lot of time in PS animating this movie. File > open > select the first image and then click 'Image Sequence', all you have to do then is specify the number of images per second and PS does the rest.
