Some of the gold jewelry was made using textures from the picture frame source. For the rest, I used the eye dropper tool to pick a gold color from the picture frame, painted the jewlery (necklace, cord and chains) and then used dodge and burn to shade them. The thumb and finger rings are from the frame. I used adjustment layers (brightness/contrast and exposure) to shade them. The gems were made using dodge and burn, as well as painted highlights and low lights using multiply and overlay layer modes. The wrap is made with the crinkled foil layer set on screen and a light blue layer on multiply that I made into a clipping mask.
