Apply puppet warp to boy's head to have him looking up.

Cut out girl, don't need feet as will be hidden.

Fill in boy's skin with solid darker flesh color.

Use color blending mode for face and hands. Adjust levels and brightness.

Place source pic of house and balcony in background. Place girl behind balcony using mask, then work her skin same way as boy's.

Color boy clothes and lute, using Color blend mode.

Colored rose and shadows in veil. Decided to leave dress colored white. Removed feather from boys hat.

Added feather to hat. Used lur tool to smooth out some of the rough statue textures. Tweaked levels and applied Camera Raw Filter.

Final tweaks also cropped for better composition. Lightened a little for people with dark monitors. Applied a dry brush filter with max detail to give it a medieval feel.
