New shape from source image using polar coordinate filter. From the curved red shapes a vase and lanterns will be formed.

From orange oval shape in source, petals are being formed from yellow section in center of oval. Liquify warp is used to shape the petals.

Leaves are formed from section of source image, liquify warp is used , then color is changed with image/adjustments/color,balance

Petals and leaves are placed on center, and small inner petals are pulled out using smudge tool. Burn tool adds shadowed areas for more dimension.

Flowers and leaves of varying sizes are begin placed. The middle stem has been formed from metal piece from source and shaped with liquify warp tool. At this point, I decided to widen the canvas, then scaled the background to fit.

Finally, flowers are rearranged, table darkened, and hanging lamps made from source with flames brushed in. Light is added behind background using filter/render/lighting effects.
