Turn background into a vortex shape using polar coordinates filter and warp tools.

Select Donald Trump from his background and move him across to the left. Fix the hole in the background by cloning.

Cut out Einstein and place on a new layer to the right of Donald Trump.

Place the matrix vortex background under Einstein hologram and mask out the bits not needed, mostly the parts covering Trumps face and hands. Did a bit more warping and transforming to fit the canvas size.

I left a light opacity of matrix text over the mens clothing to represent reflections of digital data flying all around them.
Some of the background is deliberately visible through Einsteins hair and glowing aura due to him being a hologram.


Added a layer to colorize Einstein.
Adjusted colors to my satisfaction and hope you enjoy the end result.
