I resized the canvas to give his soon-to-be big head more room, then cleaned up all the hair.

Liquify and bulge his head (He must be so smart with such a big brain)
Also went in and fixed his shoulder where it looked cut off by cloning and painting in the gap.

Fixed his eyebrows, they had gotten stuck under that big noggin so I had to copy and move them above the 'head' layer then clean up around the edges.

A few different layers of green shades, each one is on a different setting like multiply or overlay. I can't remember all the exact layer settings or saturation.

Antennas are made out scale selections in that shape and of octopus tentacles. Everything was warped into shape in liquify and recolored. I also did shadows under his chin and under the antennas.
