Add the stock image to the art-board.

Add the baby to the art-board and using the pen tool, outline the baby to remove from the background.

Create a blank layer and position it below the baby.
Using the brush tool, add a black shadow - add a gaussian blur to it and erase the edges.

On two separate layers, on-top of the baby layer- add a highlight layer and shadow layer.
Add some highlight to the baby's face, using white brush tool and set layer to soft light.
Add some shadow to right hand side of baby with black brush tool and set layer to multiply.

Copy merge full image and paste.
desaturate and add a gaussian blur and set layer to overly and 70& opacity.
This gives the final image a slight glow dreamy feel :)
