Add stork to background (I started off with a different sky, but then later changed to the one in my links)
Add baby to the image and remove background, transform to proper size.
Cut the part of the sheet off and position at the bak of the stork beak by using transform and distort tool.

Add some shadow and highlights
Add gaussian blur and set later to soft light
Duplicate white layer and gaussian blur and set to hard light and position behind the bird to create glow from the sunlight

Finally:
Copy Merged all layers
Paste image on-top of all the layers
Add a Field blur
Set layer to "Soft Light" and 50%
This creates glow, contrast makes colours more vivid and just looks pretty
