Cut moneysize white papers.
fold one horizontal and vertical.. this is the top one

Draw the man on a new layer

Make the photo-layer into a screen of 20 pixel points.. see picture

Make a copy of the original make it blak. set the layer on colordodge and invert the copy. with Gaissian blur you can make it drawing-like.

merge the layers till you happy with the results.
then trashhold it.

Cut him loose and place him on the lines.

I made the lines in illustrator.

put some colors gradients over the man

put building inside, move the colors ( i did) :)
change the font into arial

Make a ohoto of your hand holding the papers. the folded one on top.
layer the money on top and blend them in. the shadows of the fold will do magic now. :D
