I don't know how it looked before but I believe it was not too light it lacked or stil does lacks contrast. Check your black and white points.

Author you used this picture before in the abandoned beauty contest. I’m sure it’s not against the rules but don’t you think it lacks creativity to keep entering the same photo in a different contest. You could come up with something new. And I still think the wire is distracting.
