I still think that for the sake of the contest the focus is wrong??! But it is a great compostion I agree!

The focus seems more on the flowers because they are more IN focus. But overal it still fits the theme. It just looks wierd because the woman's arm is not around the man.

It's slightly out of focus and the sign on the right is distracting. Try cropping. Make the couple the center focus.
