A basic foundation of patriotism (in the US) is precisely that you DO have the right to protest against those who are in power at the moment. (although I wouldn't trust Fox news - the reporter - as far as I could throw him)

I'm not sure if this is Patriotic as they are protesting against the country's current administration. Suppose it depends on which side you fall.
