It's a little OOF (out of focus) and your highlights are a little blown, especially near the star, probably a result of the highting in the halls. A contrast adjustment may help. I'll hold my vote.
Agree with jawshoewhah. If you'll use flash when you shoot the lights, they wouldn't so blown.

It seems more like camera jitter, rather than Out of focus but it can appear as the same, except the lights move in a way that shows the camera was not still. You just needed to steady the shot better.
