For this contest, your goal is to take a picture of a slow moving animal, such as turtles, koalas or snails. You can come up with any other animal idea, as long as they are slooooooow! At least you'll be able to take your time and find the right angle to take the pictures. Have fun!

Howdie stranger! If you want to participate in this contest, just:
I think the koalas aren't slow, but the contest goal says: "...such as turtles, koalas or snails..."
It's so relative, what is slow. The koalas are definitely faster than turtles on the mainland, but I think some turtle can swim as fast as the koalas walk.
The koala can run as fast as a rabbit............therefore, it is not slow by any means.!

As I wrote, I don't think the koalas are slow, but the contest goal allows koala photos. I think, it's not a well defined contest. The frogs are not slow, the baby turtles can "run" quite fast to find the sea/ocean, the seals can swim so fast, alligators, crocodiles are very fast etc...
I found snails, caterpillars and manatees okay until now.
I think the contest description meant to say sloths and not koalas...lol But indeed, if the description used koalas as an example, this picture should stand!
As I lay on the ground just meters away to get "the shot", this big fellow began to express his irritation at my close proximity. Luckily, I was faster! (5 years and 3615 days ago)
Very nice, I like it
He looks so cute....Good one...

You are quite right, they do say Koalas, so your lovely shot is in. Shows it pays to red carefully.
Beatiful entry
