he/she is sat on a nice suitcase.............hardly looks like something that a street beggar would own. Probably got a BMW parked round th ecorner like the professional beggars have in London!!!

I think th eindefference is also because of the regularity that people are confronted with such things....and also, I think a lot of people are getting wise to the scams that go on in the towns such as this.

there is some serious editing issues with this.....what is the filter that has been used to create the very unusual effect in the shot......imo, this is not a sad face, simply an old face with life showing in it!
