I would say this is a piece of skin, rather than a body part!lol Cool shot though... very rich in details!
It did say close up, and for us to guess, unless you get very close, it really isn't hard to see what is what. I think this is perfectly on topic.

I agree with mperri...Its a part of skin...Hard to guess as it could be any part of your body having wrinkled skin like this. But it surely is a close-up....but not of a body part...its skin only....
