Unfortunately the tree seems to be the object of focus here, not the thing sitting on the branch

my friends, I begin to think that you will keep the rules and eliminate the shots...

the bird is not much into focus....

I kind of agree with Ray on the tree being the main focus but the bird appears to be in focus, even in high res, in fact it looks better in high res. It's an intruiging shot because the tree has all these weird branches that are just kind of growing everywhere and I can see why someone could not hemp to like this shot. So good luck!
