Sorry to say but this is oof (out of focus).I don't know what camera you use but if you have manual focus (as i can see auto focus didn't work out good because of the low light environment , i guess because of the dark your camera didn't focus anywere) set it to infinity & you will have a clear shot!

it doesen't say that multisession it's not alowed. .. i used a 15 seconds mutisession with my canon power shot a580
