no it is not a candle ,but is the cap from a plastic bottle which I cut for dripping water.

I'm not certain what a "succulent" is, but, nice capture, great DOF and good and sharp...might have just changed the shot angle a bit to get the tulips in the drops a bit more...really nice entry!
