If you had cropped out the areas where the flash left a darker area, this probably would have looked better.

The railing distracts from the image and in high res the quality is really grainy.

You should of had some light air blowing against the flames. It would have probably given you more of a theme match.

Need to play with curves and contrast a little to bring out the background

There is no detail in the highlights (waves) - highlights have blown out. You could try the recovery slider if you have it in your software.

I would straiten the horizon.

Agrees w/ Jaws about the horizon, the boat looks like it's going to fall off the photo any minute...
