Really good attempt, and I really like the sky here, but I feel that the image is a little bit too contrasty. I would suggest a slight crop from the bottom.

The feeling you wanted to impress in this photo is very good (the old iron man who is creating art through his experience in metal) but the power tool in his hands does not add to the mood (it would be better if he was holding a hammer or something) but it might just be me.Very nice mood author.
