I don't actually know. I received it from my dad ages ago and and by that time he has had it already for ages. They haven't sold that kind of bottles for a long time either, so if I'd had to guess I'd say 20-30 years.

The buildings don't look that dramatically different in terms of age, but the dishes could be emphasized more. Might have helped if there had been an old-fashioned antanae on the building on the left

i think i would have tried to straighten this out a bit. and i'm with kyricom on some of the suggestions. really, the buildings aren't too much different in terms of old/new.
