Not often I complain about too much DOF, background is nicely soft, but I would have liked it even more out of focus.

More about the sign than the fence, really

Like kyricom said, the signs sticks out little too much. Taking the picture from further away should help as it would make the sign smaller and show of more of the fence itself. Or an angle from in which the sign becomes hard to read/illegible might work out as well.

Lovely image but it is more about the scenery than the fence......GL though.

I know, It's a photo I took 3 or 4 months ago. If I could go there again, I would have more focused on the fence

agree with friiskiwi. it should have been the emphasis in the photo.

With the fence in the heavy shadow, it makes it of less importance than the house.......Nice shot though. GL
