It's deifinitely creepy, but what you can't see is he is offering her a chocolate bar, don't take candy from a creepy statue stranger!

Nice shot - there is somethig terribly wrong with a man offering a child dressed in her pjamas some chocolate, in the middle of a park - very creepy

Shame there isn't a little more space on the r/h/s for her to 'skate into' also the object on the right of the frame is a distraction but you wouldn't want to crop it as there probably isn't enough room. Nice shot though and with her longboard & clothing gives it a real 80's feel
