this is an awesome tree. I would definitely mess with the "curves" just a bit to give the photo a bit more definition/contrast.

Yes, give it some auto tone, auto contrast and auto color in Photoshop... I think it should turn out much better.

Aaaahhhh! don't be lazy and use auto, a computer can do an ok job but never as good a you can do yourself with a little practice

Nice shot but i think it would have been better if you had taken it at a more downward angle so we could see more of the coil.
