I hope that tastes better than it looks..........for a cafe prepared breakfast, the presentation is not so good.......

Having had that very same breakfast, let me assure you it tastes fabulous.

More light on the subject would have improved it.

I have to disagree with you, author; half plate is Japanese - sushi and salmon sashimi.
