I got to agree. From where I'm sitting it looks like a bloody body organ cut from the whole and then just dropped on a plate. I am thinking more commonly known mouth-watering foods would have been better for this contest, rather than the rare that are well, not as well known.

Oh, author... I don't know about you, but I like to separate the parts and eat the filling first of all! They are delicious with hot chocolate milk...

Great munchie food but friiskiwi is right it is OOF (Out of focus) No it's not a typo for "Off"..

sorry author, but this does not shout mouth watering to me.......it is a little dull, the lighting could have been much better, and the it lacks color.

It needs a touch of red from tomato sauce... or if it's oil and garlic, some red pepper (pepperoncino).

Also needs more light.

no disrespect author, but this looks staged and flat! there is nothing here which suggests mouthwatering, no smoke, juices, flames........the bbq does not even look like it is alight........very disinteresting....and out of focus

I have to agree. Raw meat is not mouth watering. Question: Why didn't you just cook a few and shoot it? but you know when they're cooked and still simmering on the grill?

I would have to agree and shooting from a direct bird's eye view is not the best approach. The plate and the carpet are very distracting. I would try re-shooing and keeping the focus on just the food.
