I suggest you replace this with something else because only 1 person is allowed in the shot. If you can replace it before the mods remove it, then you can still re-enter. If the Mods remove it, you can't re-enter.

even without a high res, this image has a lot of noise and seems a little soft.

It's on theme but yes, I can tell this was a scanned photo. Use Gaussian blur to reduce a lot of the noise and healing brush to remove the scratches and dust I see. Then bump up the contrast a tad and it would greatly improve your photo.
