From Behind - Photography Contest [67 entries]

Dress Up Picture

Winning entry, with a score of:
62.9%
Contest goal:

Most of us can take a photo of someone looking right at the camera, but can you create a great image by taking a shot from behind? I'm not talking about people far away. I was thinking more along the lines of a portrait showing the back of their heads, not their faces. This is a type of portrait, so only one person in shot and no animals. Eyes, mouth and nose cannot be visible in the pics. Ears can be visible.

Status: finished. Check out the winners below!

SohCahToa: I do not understand the statement "This is a type of portrait, so only one person in shot and no animals." A protrait can be of a animals. But I will respect the wishes of no animals in this contest. ( 5 years and 3376 days ago )
SohCahToa: never mind I looked up the definition of portrait. I have always thought there was such thing as a cat portrait, rooster portrait, but guess I am wrong. ( 5 years and 3376 days ago )
jawshoewhah: Yeah, it's called wildlife photography ( 5 years and 3374 days ago )
