it is a good shot, or i think so, if i saw it in hires maybe, but the contest says "...might expect to have something in it..." i would not really expect to find anything else here. it pretty much has exactly what i would expect to see

Looks pretty full with vegetation to me. The absence of people doesn't make it empty.

Absence of humans is not the definition of emptiness.
