I'm missing the jump here. Your photo could also be of much better quality. There's some dust marks in the image you could have fixed with healing brush and the photo is a little noisy in high res.

please explain what you mean? he is being pulled by a boat yes but the height he is achieving is from jumping. also what does 'IMO' mean?

What's that in the middle of his head?

Might be a perfect jump but the photo is of bad quality. It's really noisy in high res and that white blob on his head is really distracting. Contrast adjustment might help how bright it is but it will just bring out the noise more. Your best bet is to replace it.
