After re-reading the contest guidelines, I see you've made a good point.
Alright I'm going to replace it so HOW ABOUT GIVING ME A DAY SO I CAN GO SHOOT SOMETHING TO REPLACE IT WITH, OK??????? Please! I'm sick of getting disqualified for some little nitpick detail of the rules and I can fix this!
I totally know what you mean. My suggestion is to replace the photo with a "DO NOT vote, new photo to be uploaded" message.
