Friiskiwi, you are right. I am almost sure I could do better now: this shot was made long before I entered this photo contest site. If my shots are (a little) better now, it's thanks to all those who have helped me with hints, suggestions, explanations, techniques. I do not really care about competition but I do care to learn make better photos.

its my sons blankie that he's carried around with him since he was born. His Grandma made it for him before he came into this little world. He named it "Blue", and this blanket has been loved more than any other belonging he owns.

i had originally taken the shot with his hands holding the blanket, then read the rules closer and cropped out the fingers. lost alot of the emotion doing that, but at least you can still see the rag-tag love this blanket has endured. (5 years and 3334 days ago)
