1) The subject must be human.
2) The human that is moving can't look blurry.

MnMCarta: I was told that if you have an entry removed that you have used one of your allowed slots so since I had two removed and I uploaded one more then that's my limit. I can't replace my two that were removed. I guess I need to really read carefully before uploading which will probably make mods happy and i'm ok with that.

Although only about 10, (i'm guessing that,) the children of the Massai tribe are given responsibilities early, this boy was in charge of about 50 cattle with his 2 younger siblings, yeah he was the actually man in charge. (5 years and 3272 days ago)
