Why won't this load as High Resolution? I checked the box, re-loaded and checked it again. Is there a reason for this?

And this smudge and "glittery" look isnt on the pic I loaded but it shows up here. Oh well, someone has to be last!! This pic looks awful!!

Hi-res must be less than 5MB, and you should just let in load until the green check icon appears.
