The walls of the building are BOH (blow out highlights).
It's when light is too strong on a surface that you loose detail.
You can avoid that either by selecting an other hour of the day (when light isn't THAT strong,afternoon maybe) or using Neutral Density Filters (ND) that reduces light of wavelengths or colors equally (and therefore do not effect the colour of the finished photo).
Those of course are technical details.
Over all this is a nice photo
OR you could build a GIGANTIC wall and ceiling around the building to block out the light then use REEEEEEEALY big flashes to get what you want... hehehe
I actually like the washed out area but the focus is supposed to be on the doors like they said so what karaflazz is right. Still a very pretty shot though.

Cropping out the extraneous building (BOH) parts could help. After all, it's the doors that count.;
