every year there is a "festival of lights" held at a city park...this is one of the displays. The way the lights are set up on this one, it makes it look like the penguins slide down the ice and into the water below with a splash.

This festival of lights has become a family tradition of ours. its fun watching the looks on the kids' faces as we drive through. (5 years and 3263 days ago)
