Unfortunately this Golden Eagle can no longer fly. This is one of a few birds that's looked after at the aviary that was shot by a hunter or maimed by a car or something. This is basically an Eagle's nursing home.

But he is gorgeous just as he is. Thankfully, there is a place where he will be safe so others can view the beauty. Thanks for sharing this.
