Agree with Friiskiwi, it looks like the point of focus in on the pawns rather than the king & queen which confuses the eye a little. Love the lighting, colour and the feel of the shot though

Thanks for the inputs guys. The way i saw it was i wanted both king, queen and the couple behind board to be in soft focus so that the eye can ease on both.
May be i could have made it a little more interesting shot like what you guys say.

Agrees with friiskiwi. The soft focus was a good idea, I just think the focus is a little TOO soft.
