Um, no offence author, but usually when you take a shot like this, it just lacks the artistic point of view. A photo like this is more like documenting, as is you were gathering evidence for a crime scene. My suggestion is try re-shooting but do it from different angles.
Once again author, I'm not trying to discredit you but suggest a better way to make the subject more artistic. GL!

Ok, so this time, go back downtown (not today but whenever) and this time try to get a focus on a slot at different angles. Shoot looking up. Shoot looking down. Try to focus your subject to the left or right of the frame and create a rule of 1/3rds would be a good idea too, especially if you can get people in the background actually using the machines. I just figure, if you are down there, you mine as well shoot it at every angle you can think of.
