Very nice choice for this filter!

I hate to say this but the reason for the screen shot is to show that you only had one step to this and that is applying only a filter. Your final image is different than your screenshot so you must have applied another step somewhere. This is a great effect but it was only supposed to be ONE step, no other adjustments at all.
