Contest goal:

Lighting can make, or break, a photograph. Low key, high key, forming shadows, creating mood - the possibilities are almost endless. Your job in this theme is to take a shot of any everyday object and make it dramatic by creative use of lighting.

The emphasis needs to be on the object, not the light, so any light can be used except - natural light! No shots lit by the sun or moon. It must be an artificial, man-made light source. Also, no people or animals in the shot.

Required level: 10+ or higher.

Glockman: Does the photo have to be lit with an outside souce light or can it be its own light source.?? such as it's own glow ( 5 years and 3133 days ago )

Contest Moderator: The contest description just states: that the emphasis needs to be on the object and not the light source...something that glows on it's own would most likely be considered a light source, so I'm saying that would probably be off-topic ( 5 years and 3132 days ago )
