Showing the blue reflections on the handrails is not wrong, but I would have left them out.

I realise that, but there is nothing in the rules for this contest that says that everything that is blue must be blue.

my uncle had a nose similar to this mans...not quite as bad. He had cancer and just recently had his nose removed and a new one constructed for him. Poor guy

I feel it would have been better to leave the blue off the right side, and the sign on the left.

I did it with channels so it was done as a whole. I don't like "coloring" on my photos for photography contests Thanks for the suggestion though

You are welcome, and usually that is all that you are allowed to do, this contest is different and you can choose what you want blue, and it is of course totally your choice.

yes you are right and I probably should have not shown that tiny bit of blue on that right side but I wanted to do this as a whole oh well

I took all other colours out on photoshop, these are various shades of blue..

"ANY method of coloring is allowed in this contest, could be in-camera or FI with the use of Photoshop. Turning a colored photo into B&W is allowed and then add a color, or with the use of channels. Do it anyway you want to do it"
I think you could do some lovely work with this one, add some more blue to the flower and remove where it looks wrong.
