The focus is more on the glasses and reflection IMO.

A nice imaginative shot, but the hair across the eye really spoils it. For this contest though, the sunglasses are out.

Well, there are pictures with glasses, photo mask around the eyes,
glitter around the eyes.
I believe that glasses can not, can not no other accessory around the eyes.
But I think the image focus is the child look
and disheveled hair are just a taste of it: a playful child.

Author, maybe you could consider cropping the photo just to the top of the nose bridge on the glasses? It would still have the glasses as you wish yet the focal point would be the child's eye. Good luck

Even without a high res you can tell that this is very pixelated, I guess it is only a small part of the original image, that has made you loose the sharpness.
