Nice shot ! Perhaps would have been better if the guy on the left was not in the frame.(But I understand that this kinf of picture can not be shot twice with the perfect scenery)

Apart from the fact that it would not have been possible to totally crop him out, I also felt he shows the lean she is on, without that, people may suspect I had just angled the photo to make it look like she was falling.

are there any specific rules about timeframe of when pictures can be taken? (not accusing, just wondering)

Nice picture and cute subject. Kind of vintage mood on this picture. I just would have crop out the begining of the dark tree at the right that disturbs the eye.
